Jessica Carson is a multi-faceted character. As the founder and songwriter for Clandestine Amigo, as well as the Program Director for the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce, she had been called the Mullet of the Music Scene “business in the front, party in the back”. Jessica spent 10 years in a duo called The Prairie Scholars and organized the music for multiple venues and community events during that time including, ArtWalk Longmont, Longmont Live, Longmont Songwriter Festival and most recently the Winter Walkabout Music Showcase and The Soundpost Sessions. Her newest endeavors at the Chamber of Commerce and Clandestine Amigo are now her main focuses. She was a finalist in the 2019 Wildflower! Art & Music Festival Al Johnson Songwriter Competition and received an honorable mention in the 2019 Telluride Troubadour Contest.
Michael Wooten is the second member of the Amigos and the cat of the music business. He’s lived at least 9 lives and is still curious enough to take on new ventures. He internationally toured with Carole King and also played drums for bands including Navaro, Zephyr, Firefall, Widespread Panic and Leftover Salmon. He’s been on countless records and is currently called “One-Take-Wooten” by the Amigos.
Kyle Donovan was the 3rd member to join the Amigos and is most definitely the charm. Kyle is so like-able that he won the People’s Choice Award at Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival. He’s also been in the finals for Telluride Bluegrass Festival and Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. Kyle is an award winning folk singer/songwriter by day and the lead electric guitar player in Clandestine Amigo by night. He is also the host and producer of the well-loved podcast, The Songwriter Hour, and uses his sound engineering genius to record his own original music as well as the music of Clandestine Amigo.
Jeff Cloud started playing bass with his son, Jackson Cloud, and through dedication and natural talent, Jackson Cloud’s band has become one of the most popular cover bands in the Longmont area. Jeff’s unbreakable focus and devotion to mastering a skill comes from his competitive rock climbing days when he rose to be the 2nd ranked rock climber in the nation. When Jeff began branching out into new genres with his bass playing, became the 4th Amigo. He brings a grounded and steady groove to the music and is a reliable comrade.
Giselle Collazo has had many musical endeavors including being the front woman and one of the songwriters for Idlewhile. Her smooth vocals and personality bring an easy and effortless texture to the music and the chemistry of the group. The charisma and movement that she exudes on stage makes it obvious that she has a deep connection with the songs and has polished the art of self-expression.
